Immeasurable, Unweighable, Infinite

They sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, the Lord of the Universe forever. They sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe, but they do not find His limits.

You are Immeasurable, Unweighable, and Infinite, O Lord and Master; no matter how much one may meditate on You, Your Depth cannot be fathomed. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

People sing the praises of the Lord of the World, always. They sing and sing, and still they find no end to Your goodness.

You cannot be measured, You cannot be weighed, You go on without end, O Master. However much anyone meditates on You, no one reaches Your depth.

The deepest things stay deep no matter how long you sit with them.
The deeper layer

The One has no end, so praise never runs out.

Amit (immeasurable), atol (unweighable), aprampar (infinite). Baho japee-ai thaah na paa-i-aa: however much one meditates, the depth is never reached. Running out of words becomes a way of praising. Think of looking up at a sky full of stars. You stop counting because there are too many, and the stopping itself feels like wonder.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever loved something so much you could never finish describing it?
