One steady presence can be the thing you know through every season of life.
The One is the steady presence behind every change, the one thing worth knowing.
Tujh binaa ... kichhoo na jaanoo: I know nothing but You. Sarab jug meh tum pachhaanoo: recognizing the One across all ages. Single-hearted knowing: the One as the constant behind all change.
