What you keep in mind night and day becomes your quiet shelter.
When the One lives in your mind night and day, the Lord of the Universe is your only support.
Har man basay nis baasro: dwelling in the mind, night and day. Gobind ... aasro: the Lord of the Universe as the only support. The shabad closes on a constant, restful presence.
