In plain words

The body is a village, the finest of villages, and the goods traded in it are the sweet taste of the One.

Gems and jewels beyond any price are found by serving the True Guru.

The most valuable things you can gather are not kept in pockets but in the heart.
The deeper layer

Your body is like a busy little town, and the best thing traded there is the sweetness of the One.

Kaa-i-aa nagar means the body-village. Like any market town, trading goes on inside it. The best sa-udaa, the best goods, is har ras, the sweetness of the One.

Ratan laal amol amolak: gems and rubies beyond any price. They stand for inner riches. They come through satgur sayvaa, serving the True Guru.

Think of a farmers' market. Some stalls sell things that spoil by evening. One stall offers something that never runs out, and you can share it with everyone. That is the wealth here. It lives inside you, and it is shared, not hoarded.

A Question to Sit With

What is a treasure you own that has no price tag?
