In plain words

The True Guru and the Sangat, the gathering of holy people, are good and noble. Joining the Sangat, remember the One.

Gems, jewels and rubies are deep inside you. By the Guru's grace, they are found.

The treasure is already inside you; the Sangat helps you find it.
The deeper layer

The jewels are already inside you, and in the Sangat, by the Guru's grace, they are found.

Satgur saaDhsangat neekee: the True Guru and the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One — are noble. Mil sangat raam raveejai: gathered together, remember the One. Antar ratan javayhar, the jewels within, are found gur kirpaa tay, by the Guru's grace. The riches are already inside; the Sangat and grace open the door.
