Whoever accepts and follows the Word of the Guru's Teachings as True - this Jewel is taken out and given to him. ||4||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Singing the praise of the One's Naam is a priceless jewel. The One has given it to holy people to keep.

Whoever takes the Guru's word as true, true through and through, and lives by it, receives that jewel, brought out and placed before them.

Singing the Naam is a jewel, given to whoever takes the Guru's word to heart.
The deeper layer

Singing the Naam is a precious jewel, and it is handed to whoever lives by the Guru's word.

Raam naam keertan ratan vath: singing the Naam is a jewel. Har saadhoo paas rakheejai: the One keeps it with holy people. Jo bachan gur sat sat kar maanai: whoever accepts the Guru's word as true, true, and lives by it. Tis aagai kaadh dhareejai: the jewel is brought out and set before them.
