My intellect is under Your control, God; You are the All-powerful Lord God of servant Nanak. ||4||3||

In plain words

The One's virtues are many, many, and great is the One's glory. I can describe only a tiny bit of it.

My mind is in Your hands, O One. Nanak says: You are the all-powerful Lord of Your servant.

It is a relief to let your mind rest in something larger than you.
The deeper layer

Your mind can rest in the hands of the One who can do all things.

Tuchh kar kar barnathay: I can describe only a tiny bit. Hamree mat vasgat prabh tumrai: my mind is in Your hands, the way a child's hand rests in a parent's. Samrathay: the One who can do all things. The shabad closes in trust, the mind gladly resting.

A Question to Sit With

What is one worry you could hand over to something bigger than yourself?
