ਸਭੈ ਘਟ ਰਾਮੁ ਬੋਲੈ ਰਾਮਾ ਬੋਲੈ ॥

Inside every single heart, the One is speaking, speaking.
Who else could it be? There is no other voice but the One.
The One is quietly speaking in every heart there is — including yours.
The final shabad's rahao is Namdev's luminous immanence: sabhai ghat raam bole — in all hearts the One speaks. Whatever voice you hear, whoever is talking, the deepest speaker is the One. It closes the raag on total oneness: no second, no other.
