My mind and body are merged in the Lord's Name, and through the Guru's Teachings, my intellect is imbued with the Lord, the source of nectar. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

O my mind, say the Name of the One who holds the whole world.

My mind and body melt into the Name, and through the teaching my thinking is soaked in sweetness.

Say the Name with love, and thought itself turns sweet.
The deeper layer

The rahao again pairs jap (loving repetition) with the mind and body merging into the Name and the buddhi (intellect) being rasu bheenee — drenched in sweetness. Maalee Gauraa keeps returning to taste and dissolving-in-love.

A Question to Sit With

What is a thought that makes everything feel a little sweeter?
