This one says the Name is a helper that sorts out what is tangled.
This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line. It is the center of the shabad. Aiso sahaa-ee har ko naam — this is the kind of helper the Name of the One is.
Remember the Name in the Saadh Sangat, the company of good and holy people. Then your tasks come out pooran, whole and complete.
Think of a knotted necklace. Alone, you pull and it gets worse. With a patient friend beside you, the knot slowly comes loose.
