ਅੰਤਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੀਰਾ ॥
antar naam paraapat heeraa.
With the Naam deep within the nucleus of the self, the jewel is obtained.
ਹਰਿ ਜਪਤੇ ਮਨੁ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਧੀਰਾ ॥
har japtay man man tay Dheeraa.
Meditating on the Lord, the mind is comforted and consoled by the mind itself.
ਦੁਘਟ ਘਟ ਭਉ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਬਾਹੁੜਿ ਜਨਮਿ ਨ ਜਾਇਆ ॥੬॥
dughat ghat bha-o bhanjan paa-ee-ai baahurh janam na jaa-i-aa. ||6||
On that most difficult path, the Destroyer of fear is found, and one does not have to enter the womb of reincarnation again. ||6||

Even on the hardest path, the One who ends fear is found, and the restless wandering comes to rest.
The jewel that ends fear is found in your own center.
The jewel is the Name, found in one's own center. A beautiful image: the mind consoles itself (man man tay dheeraa) through remembrance. On the hardest path (dughat ghat), the One who ends fear (bha-o bhanjan) is found, and restless wandering comes to rest.
