Maaroo, Third Mehl:
ਏਕੋ ਏਕੁ ਵਰਤੈ ਸਭੁ ਸੋਈ ॥
ayko ayk vartai sabh so-ee.
The One and only Lord is pervading and permeating everywhere.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਬੂਝੈ ਕੋਈ ॥
gurmukh virlaa boojhai ko-ee.
How rare is that person, who as Gurmukh, understands this.
ਏਕੋ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਭ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਤਿਸੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ਹੇ ॥੧॥
ayko rav rahi-aa sabh antar tis bin avar na ko-ee hay. ||1||
The One Lord is permeating and pervading, deep within the nucleus of all. Without Him, there is no other at all. ||1||

One and only, the One fills every corner of everything, everywhere.
Rare is the one who turns to the Guru and sees it.
Deep in the heart of all that exists lives that same One, and there is nothing else at all.
The One is not somewhere far off; it fills every single thing.
Ayko ayk, the One and only, is no distant ruler: the single reality present in the core (antar) of every thing. There is no second.
