In plain words

Deep inside you there is a still place where what is most real makes its home — a throne that nothing false can ever shake.

When you live from that place, the grabbing and clinging quiet down on their own.

The One who is always true has settled in the heart of the one who follows the Guru, and everything they do grows gentle and good.

What is most real already has a throne inside you.
The deeper layer

Sachaa takhat — the Throne of Truth — stands in nij ghar, one's own inner home, closer than any far-off heaven. Where the One dwells, moh (clinging attachment) has no hold. For the Gurmukh (the heart turned toward the Guru), truthful living flows naturally from that settled inner place.

A Question to Sit With

Where do you feel most still and most yourself?
