ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵਣਜੁ ਕਰਹਿ ਪਰੁ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਣਹਿ ॥
gurmukh vanaj karahi par aap pachhaaneh.
The Gurmukh trades, and understands his own self.
ਏਕਸ ਬਿਨੁ ਕੋ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਹਿ ॥
aykas bin ko avar na jaaneh.
He knows no other than the One Lord.
ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹੁ ਸਚੇ ਵਣਜਾਰੇ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਹਾ ਹੇ ॥੪॥
sachaa saahu sachay vanjaaray poonjee naam visaahaa hay. ||4||
True is the banker, and True are His traders, who buy the merchandise of the Naam. ||4||

The heart turned toward the Guru does honest trade and comes to know its own self.
It knows nothing as separate from the One.
True is the great Banker, and true are the traders who deal only in the Name.
The best business you can do is knowing your own self.
Sachaa saahu sachay vanjaaray — the true Banker and true traders. The Gurmukh's business is self-knowledge (aap pachhaaneh) and the merchandise is naam. Honest inner trade replaces the grasping trade of the world.
