O Nanak, those who are attuned to the Naam remain detached; through the Naam, their affairs are resolved. ||16||3||12||

In plain words

Your loving hearts stand at the door of Your Presence.

They serve the Word with love and tenderness.

Nanak says: those who hold the Naam grow light and free, and through the Naam everything in their lives comes right.

Holding the Name, the pieces of a life come right.
The deeper layer

At the darvaaray, the door of the divine Presence, devotees serve bhaa-ay pi-aaray, with love. Naamay kaaraj sohaa — through the Name, one's affairs are resolved and made beautiful. Bairaagee is rendered as light and free, the settled close of the whole Solhe.

A Question to Sit With

What is something in your life you hope quietly comes right?
