ਤੂ ਆਪੇ ਕਰਤਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰਾ ॥
too aapay kartaa sirjanhaaraa.
You Yourself are the Creator of the Universe.
ਤੇਰਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਮੇਟਣਹਾਰਾ ॥
tayraa likhi-aa ko-ay na maytanhaaraa.
No one can erase what You have written.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਵਹਿ ਤੂ ਆਪੇ ਸਹਸਾ ਗਣਤ ਨ ਤਾਹਾ ਹੇ ॥੧੫॥
gurmukh naam dayveh too aapay sahsaa ganat na taahaa hay. ||15||
You Yourself bless the Gurmukh with the Naam, who is no longer skeptical, and is not held to account. ||15||

What You write, no one can rub away.
You bless the awakened heart with the Name, until doubt is gone and nothing hangs over it anymore.
The Name can settle an anxious, doubting mind.
Sahsaa ganat na taahaa — no more sahsaa (doubt, anxiety), no account hanging over. Worry itself dissolves: the Naam settles the anxious mind so nothing looms.
