Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
Trust in You settled quietly into my mind, and my proud, grabby thinking simply dissolved.
You made me Your own, and now the world sees a lovely glow in me.
When trust settles in, the proud, grabby self quietly dissolves.
man partee-t banee — trust in the One took root in the mind. binas gaee haumai — the proud, separate self dissolves. angeekaar — the One adopts and claims. jag meh sobh suhaaee — a good name and a lovely glow in the world follow.
