In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

The One was there from the very start — pure, with no form at all.

The One lives inside everything, and stays free of it all.

The One has no caste, no class, no mark. By the One's command, the whole world came to be.

The same One lives, unlabeled, inside every single thing.
The deeper layer

Aad niranjan parabh nirankaaraa — the first, spotless, formless One. Two things stand side by side. First, the One is niraaraa, beyond and unattached. Second, that same One vartai (dwells, works, moves) inside all. Beyond everything, yet inside everything. Then comes a quiet act of justice: the One has varan, jaat, chihan nahee — no caste, no social class, no distinguishing mark. If the Source of all wears no label, then no label anyone hangs on a person can be ultimate. Hukam here is the flow of existence out of which the whole universe arises.

A Question to Sit With

If the One lives in everyone, does anyone deserve a lower place than you?
