Listening, listening with my ears, my mind and body are rejuvenated; my Lord and Master saves all. ||6||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
With my mouth I praise my true King.
With my eyes I see the One, who is beyond reach and beyond measure.
Listening and listening, my mind and body turn green again. My Master saves everyone.
Listening with love turns the mind green again, like a plant after rain.
Devotion here is full-sensory: praising with the mouth, beholding with the eyes, and listening, listening (Suniai) until man and tan — mind and body — turn hari-aa, green and revived, the way a plant greens after rain. And the One is sagal udhaaran — the lifter of all.
