The Glance That Blesses

kar kar vaykheh keetaa apnaa.
He created the creation, and gazes upon what He has created.
jee-a jant so-ee hai japnaa.
All beings and creatures meditate on Him.
apnee kudrat aapay jaanai nadree nadar nihaalanaa. ||7||
He Himself knows His creative power; He blesses with His Glance of Grace. ||7||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One made everything, and looks on what the One has made.

All living beings remember the One.

Only the One knows the One's own power, and blesses with a kind glance.

A single loving glance from the One blesses; grace is given, not earned.
The deeper layer

The One creates and gazes on its creation; all beings, each in their own way, remember it. Only the One knows the full reach of its kudrat, its creative power. And it blesses with nadar — a single glance of grace, freely given, not earned.

A Question to Sit With
