O Nanak, the Saints are imbued with Your Love; You are the great and all-powerful Lord. ||16||4||13||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

With every breath, I do not let the One slip from mind.

All day and all night, I turn my heart toward the One.

Nanak says, Your saints are dyed through with Your love, and You are the great and all-powerful One.

Remembering does not have to be loud; it can be as steady as breathing.
The deeper layer

Remembrance with every breath ('saas saas'), and hearts soaked in love. Everything comes to rest in the strength and closeness of the One.

A Question to Sit With

What is something good you would like to keep in mind as steadily as your own breath?
