ਨਿਹਕੰਟਕ ਰਾਜੁ ਭੁੰਚਿ ਤੂ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਚੁ ਕਮਾਈ ॥
nihkantak raaj bhunch too gurmukh sach kamaa-ee.
Enjoy your kingdom of bliss; as Gurmukh, practice Truth.
ਸਚੈ ਤਖਤਿ ਬੈਠਾ ਨਿਆਉ ਕਰਿ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਈ ॥
sachai takhat baithaa ni-aa-o kar satsangat mayl milaa-ee.
Sitting upon the throne of Truth, the Lord administers justice; He unites us in Union with the Society of the Saints.
ਸਚਾ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਪਣਾ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਬਣਿ ਆਈ ॥
sachaa updays har jaapnaa har si-o ban aa-ee.
Meditating on the Lord, through the True Teachings, we become just like the Lord.
ਐਥੈ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਅੰਤਿ ਹੋਇ ਸਖਾਈ ॥
aithai sukh-daata man vasai ant ho-ay sakhaa-ee.
If the Lord, the Giver of peace, abides in the mind, in this world, then in the end, He becomes our help and support.
ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਊਪਜੀ ਗੁਰਿ ਸੋਝੀ ਪਾਈ ॥੨॥
har si-o pareet oopjee gur sojhee paa-ee. ||2||
Love for the Lord wells up, when the Guru imparts understanding. ||2||

Enjoy the happiness that is already yours, and practice truthful living as you go.
On the throne of Truth sits fairness itself, joining hearts together in the Sangat.
When the Giver of peace lives in the mind, this life is steadied now, and there is help and support all the way through.
The kingdom of joy is ruled from within by truthful living, not conquered from outside.
The second Pauree (||2||). The 'kingdom of bliss' is not a faraway reward but a present state entered by truthful living. Justice and union belong together here: aligning with Truth naturally draws one into the Sangat, and the indwelling One becomes lasting support.
