Become the dust of the feet of the Saints, and find the Lord, the Giver of peace. ||3||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Why keep glancing in every other direction? Lean on the One alone.

Sit humbly among the holy, and you will find the One who gives peace.

Stop looking everywhere else and lean on the One.
The deeper layer

A Dakhanay shalok. The remedy for a scattered heart is to stop searching everywhere and rest in the One, kept close by sitting humbly among holy people.

A Question to Sit With

Where do you tend to look for happiness that never quite delivers?
