In plain words

The One I love knows the inside of my heart completely — nothing is hidden.

Held in that knowing, all my empty chatter just falls quiet.

The One who knows your whole heart quiets all the noise.
The deeper layer

The One I love already knows everything in my heart. So I do not need lots of words.

This is a second Rahao, a second "pause" line. It is rare, and it closes the shabad. Mayraa antarjaamee har raa-i-aa — "My King, the One, is the Inner-knower." Antarjaamee means the One who sees inside every heart.

When someone knows you completely, the chatter can stop. Bisar ga-ay bakbaa-i-aa — the empty talk is forgotten.

Think of a best friend who can tell how you feel from one look. You do not need to explain. You can just sit together. Being known like that brings a deep quiet.

A Question to Sit With

What feels different when you're with someone who knows you well?
