Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One's Name washes clean whoever has stumbled, and stands by whoever has no one else.

In the wide, deep water of the world, that Name is the raft that keeps us afloat.

The Naam is a raft that keeps you afloat in deep water.
The deeper layer

The Name is a raft in deep water and a Master for the masterless (anaath ko naath). Whoever has stumbled is washed clean; whoever is alone has someone to belong to.

A Question to Sit With

What keeps you afloat when life feels deep and wide?
