In the Sangat, sing the One's praises and walk the sweet path of the Naam.
Be kind to me, O One. Nanak says: just hearing of You, I come alive.
Just hearing of the One can bring you alive.
In the Sangat (saadhsangat), sing the praises and walk the sweet path; simply hearing of the One brings the singer alive (jeevai).
SaadhSangat is the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One.
