They realize the essence of reality, and know the state of their inner being. This is the true glorious greatness of those who join the Sat Sangat. ||15||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The Guru's servants are dear to the True Guru.

As they sit quietly with the true word, they come into their own dignity.

They touch the heart of what is real and understand their own deepest self; this is the true greatness of the Sangat.

Sitting quietly with the true word, I come into my own dignity.
The deeper layer

Contemplating the Shabad seats one on a throne of dignity; the fruit is grasping the essence (tat) and knowing one's inner being. The Sangat (satsangat) is named as a true treasure.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you understand better when you sit quietly with it?
