In plain words

By grace, the one turned toward the Guru falls in love with the One.

They keep loving devotion to the One, Har, Har, deep in their heart.

The Word carries them across the frightening ocean of the world.

In the True Court, they are seen to be true.

By grace, love for the One awakens and carries you across.
The deeper layer

Love for the One is a gift; by grace it wakes up in the heart and carries you across.

Kar kirpaa gurmukh lagai pi-aar means that by grace, love wakes up in the one who faces the Guru. Nobody forces it. It is like falling in love with a song the first time you hear it.

Antar bhagat har har ur Dhaar: that devotion is kept deep in the heart. Bhagat means loving devotion. Bhavjal sabad langhaavanhaar means the Word carries you across the wide ocean of the world. Dar saachai disai sachiaar: at the true door of the One, that person is seen to be true.
