The Same Flow That Made The Stars

har aapnai bhaanai sarisat upaa-ee har aapay day-ay aDhaar.
The Lord, by the Pleasure of His Own Will, created the Universe, and the Lord Himself gives it sustenance and support.
har aapnai bhaanai man nirmal kee-aa har si-o laagaa pi-aar.
The Lord, by His Own Will, makes the mortal's mind immaculate, and lovingly attunes him to the Lord.
har kai bhaanai satgur bhayti-aa sabh janam savaaranhaar. ||2||
The Lord, by His Own Will, leads the mortal to meet the True Guru, the Embellisher of all his lives. ||2||

In plain words

By Its own will, the One made the whole world, and the One Itself feeds it and holds it up.

By Its own will, the One makes a mind clean and shining, and fills it with love for the One.

By the One's will, I meet the True Guru, who makes my whole life beautiful.

The same flow that made the stars is quietly clearing and guiding your heart.
The deeper layer

The same will of the One that made the whole world also cleans our hearts and leads us to the Guru.

The verse repeats one phrase three times: har aapnai bhaanai, "by the One's own will." This will is also called Hukam, the flow of all that is. First, it made the world and it holds the world up. Second, it makes the mind clean and full of love for the One. Third, it leads us to the True Guru.

The One is called savaaranhaar, the one who makes a whole life beautiful. Think of the same sun that lights the whole sky also warming one small plant on your windowsill. The power that made the stars is at work in one heart too.

A Question to Sit With
