ਰਾਮ ਜਪਿ ਜਨ ਰਾਮੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਲੇ ॥
raam jap jan raamai naam ralay.
Meditating on the Lord, His humble servants are blended with the Lord's Name.
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿਓ ਗੁਰ ਬਚਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਧਾਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਲੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
raam naam japi-o gur bachnee har Dhaaree har kiraplay. ||1|| rahaa-o.

Keeping it close, guided by wisdom, they're wrapped in kindness.
Keeping the good in mind, you slowly blend into it and are wrapped in kindness.
The rahao: those who meditate "are blended with the Lord's Name... the Lord showers His Mercy." The keynote is merging — a heart soaked in the good slowly becomes one with it. The shabad will unfold this with beautiful images of union and joy. For a child: keeping the good in mind, you slowly blend into it and are wrapped in kindness.
