In plain words

Deep inside, I see the Word, and my mind is pleased and at peace. Nothing else can dye me its color now.

Day and night, the One watches over every living being and cares for each one. The One rules over all.

Once the Word colors your heart, nothing else can match it.
The deeper layer

Meet the Word deep inside, and the mind settles so fully that no other color can soak in.

Antar daykh sabad man maani-aa means that looking deep inside, Guru Nanak sees the sabad, the Word, and his mind is content. Avar na raaNganhaaraa means nothing else can color him now.

Coloring, or dyeing cloth, is the big picture in this whole shabad, and it starts here. Think of a white T-shirt dipped in deep dye. Once the color soaks all the way in, a little splash of juice does not change it. When the heart takes on the true color, smaller colors do not stick.

Ahinis jee-aa daykh samaalay means day and night, the One watches over and cares for every creature. Tis hee kee sarkaaraa means the One is the ruler of everything.

A Question to Sit With

What is something so good it made other things seem less exciting afterward?
