In plain words

Rays of light spread out, and the lotus flower of my heart opens wide with joy. The warm sun has come into the house of the cool moon.

Death has lost its hold on me, and the wanting in my mind is stilled. By the Guru's grace, I have found the One.

When grace opens you, the heart blossoms like a flower at dawn.
The deeper layer

Light spreads inside, the heart opens like a flower at dawn, and by grace the One is found.

Pasree kiran ras kamal bigaasay means rays of light spread out, and the lotus of the heart opens wide and happy. A lotus is a flower that opens when the sun shines on it.

Sas ghar soor samaa-i-aa means the sun enters the house of the moon. The sun is warm and the moon is cool. When they meet, it is a picture of everything coming into balance, like warm and cold water mixing into a perfect bath.

Kaal biDhuns mansaa man maaree means death is beaten and the mind's endless wants are stilled. Here that means the fear of death loses its grip, and there is nothing scary in it.

Gur parsaad parabh paa-i-aa means by the Guru's grace, I found the One. Grace is a gift that is always here. You open to it, like a window that lets in the morning.
