The creation is in the Creator, and the Creator is in the creation, filling every place.
The One is inside everything, and everything is inside the One — there is no corner it is missing from.
The Maker lives inside everything made, and everything made lives inside the Maker.
This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. It warns against bharam, the doubt that keeps us feeling cut off. Khaalik khalak, khalak meh khaalik — the Creator is in the creation and the creation is in the Creator, filling every place. This is the heart of oneness: a single presence all the way through everything that was made.
