In plain words

Allah is unseen; no eye can see the One. The Guru has given me a sweet taste, like molasses.

Kabir says: my worry and fear are gone. I see the pure One everywhere.

The One can't be seen with your eyes, but once you taste its sweetness, fear melts and you see it everywhere.
The deeper layer

The unseen One can be tasted as sweetness, and then fear melts away.

Alakh — the One cannot be seen; it has no outline to fix your eyes on. Yet the Guru gives Kabir something tasteable, gurh meethaa, sweet as molasses — the felt sweetness of grace. Once tasted, sankaa, anxiety and fear, dissolves, and Kabir sees the pure One (niranjan) everywhere. The invisible becomes vivid not to the eye but to the heart.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you can't see but know is real because you have felt it?
