In plain words

Waaho! You are amazing, and the way You let life flow is full of wonder.

Whatever You do, that is what comes to pass. Nothing else can happen.

Waaho is the sound of wonder, and the flow of existence is more wondrous than words.
The deeper layer

The One is wonderful, and so is the flow of the One's will: whatever the One does comes to pass.

This is the rahaa-o, the pause line, the center of the shabad. It is a shout of wonder.

toohai hai vaahu tayree rajaa-ay — You are vaahu, and Your will is wonderful. Vaahu is the sound we make when something amazes us, like "wow!" It lives inside the name Waheguru.

jo kichh karahi so-ee par ho-ibaa avar na karnaa jaa-ay — whatever You do is what happens. Nothing else could happen.

Think of watching fireworks. You say "wow" without planning to. This line puts two things together: that wow feeling, and trust in the way life flows. Wonder and acceptance meet in one line.

A Question to Sit With

When was the last time something made you say wow?
