ਏਕੰਕਾਰੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਸਭ ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੨੦॥
aykankaar niranjan nirbha-o sabh jal thal rahi-aa samaa-ee. ||20||
He is the One Universal Creator Lord, immaculate and fearless; He is permeating and pervading all the water and the land. ||20||

The One, the Creator of all, is pure, unstained, and afraid of nothing.
The One fills everything, the waters and the land, every corner of the world.
The One beyond everything is also inside everything.
Aykankaar (the One Creator), niranjan (spotless, unstained), nirbha-o (without fear): the Mool Mantar's words once more. Jal thal rahi-aa samaa-ee — pervading water and land — turns the creed outward into all of creation. The One that is beyond everything is also inside everything.
