Nanak says: the One is my friend and my companion, my wealth and my youth, my child.
The One is my father and my mother, O saints.
Everything you love points back to one love beneath it all.
Every dear relationship, meet, saajan, maal, joban, sut, baap, maa (friend, companion, wealth, youth, child, father, mother), is found in the One. People still matter; everything we love points back to the single love beneath them all.
