In plain words

When You are someone's protector, who can kill them?

When You are someone's protector, they win over all three worlds.

When You are on someone's side, their face shines bright.

When You are on someone's side, they are the purest of the pure.

When You look on someone with grace, no account is asked of them.

When You are pleased with someone, they enjoy the nine treasures.

When You are on someone's side, Lord, whom do they have to bow down to?

When You are kind to someone, they give themselves to Your worship.

With the One as your protector, you do not have to bow to fear.
The deeper layer

A litany on the one who has the One as protector (rakhvaalaa): fearless, radiant, pure, unbeholden. The pointed line — unto whom is he subservient? — is a quiet declaration of freedom from every domination. No account is demanded of them: the ledger is torn up by grace.

A Question to Sit With

What makes you stand tall instead of shrinking?
