Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

In these hard times, the Naam is sweet nectar.

This treasure is found with holy people.

Nanak says: the one the Guru, the Master of the world, is pleased with

sees the One moving in every single heart.

The same Oneness shines in every single heart.
The deeper layer

The Naam is amrit (nectar) and nidhaanaa (treasure), found saadhoo paahi, with the holy. Ghat ghat rama-ee-aa: the same One moving in every heart. This is Ik Onkar, oneness, seen with open eyes.

A Question to Sit With

Can you look at someone you find difficult and imagine the same One inside them?
