God is Merciful to the meek; He is the Lord of the World, the Lord of the Universe.

The Gurmukh meditates on Him, and his worries are gone.

he serves the Saints, and works for the Saints. ||4||15||26||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The One is kind to the humble, Keeper of the world, Master of all.
Remember the One through the Guru, and worry lifts away.
Nanak says: the Guru has given me the Naam.
Serving the saints is my work.
Worry melts when the mind rests on something steady.
After all the powers comes tenderness: din da-i-aal, merciful to the meek. Utrai chind: worry is lifted — not by solving every problem, but by resting the mind on something steady. Service (tahal) follows naturally from the gift.
A Question to Sit With
What is a worry that gets smaller when you stop turning it over and over?
