Worship and adore Him, and you shall be at peace forever. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Honor the One, to whom every single thing belongs.

Let your own pride quietly set itself down.

You belong to the One — and so does everyone else.

Worship the One, and you will be at peace forever.

You belong to the One, and so does everyone — no one is above or below.
The deeper layer

Jis kee tis kee kar maan — honor the One who owns all. Jis kaa too tis kaa sabh ko-ay: you are the One’s, and so is everyone — a leveling truth that dissolves hierarchy. Remembering this (araadh) brings sadaa sukh, lasting peace.

A Question to Sit With

How would you treat people if you remembered that everyone belongs to the One?
