In plain words

The One's saints are always welcome, always accepted.

Their foreheads carry the One's mark.

Nanak says: whoever is blessed with the dust of the feet of the One's humble servant

rises to the highest place there is.

Being near humble, loving people can quietly lift you higher.
The deeper layer

Har kay sant sadaa parvaan — the saints are forever accepted. Mastak neesaan: their foreheads bear the One’s mark — an inner luminosity visible in the face. Daas kee rayn: the dust of the servant’s feet, humble nearness to the good, lifts others to param gat.

A Question to Sit With

Whose goodness has rubbed off on you just by being around them?
