and you will come to see the Supreme Lord God in all. The Perfect Lord God has showered His Mercy. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

When you meet the One, pride simply dissolves.

And you begin to see the Supreme in everything and everyone.

The perfect One has poured out its mercy.

Losing your pride lets you start seeing the One in everyone.
The deeper layer

Meeting the One erases pride: jis bhaytat mitai abhimaan. Paarbarahm sabh nadree aavai: you come to see the Supreme in all. Losing pride opens a wider vision, with everyone included. Kar kirpaa: this seeing is showered as grace.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone you find hard to see the good in, and why?
