Restless craving and anger leave you, from the inside out.
Living in truth lets a natural peace rise on its own.
Sach rahhu — dwell in truth — and sahj sukh wells up: sahaj, the effortless equilibrium of a soul no longer fighting its own nature. As it rises, kaam (restless craving) and krodh (anger) loosen from within.
