Loving What the Flow Brings

ਹਰਿ ਸਾਚੇ ਭਾਵੈ ਸਾ ਪੂਜਾ ਹੋਵੈ ਭਾਣਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸਾਈ ॥੩॥
har saachay bhaavai saa poojaa hovai bhaanaa man vasaa-ee. ||3||
Whatever pleases the True Lord is devotional worship; His Will abides in the mind. ||3||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Whatever pleases the True One — that is worship.

Let the flow of existence, the way life unfolds, live in your mind.

Making peace with the flow of life is a kind of worship.
The deeper layer

Bhaanaa — the Will, the flow of existence — abiding in the mind is worship. Accepting bhaanaa is an active trust, moving with how things move, the way a swimmer stops fighting the current and lets it carry them.

A Question to Sit With

When is it hardest for you to accept the way things are?
