ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਹੋਰ ਪੂਜ ਨ ਹੋਵੀ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲੀ ਲੋਕਾਈ ॥੭॥

There is no worship of the Lord, other than the Name; the world wanders, deluded by doubt. ||7||

There is no worship other than the Naam.
The world wanders in circles, fooled and tugged this way and that by doubt.
Without the Naam, the world wanders in doubt.
Bin naavai hor pooj na hovee — without the Name, no worship stands. Bharam bhulee lokaa-ee: the world wanders, confused by bharam (doubt, the restless illusion that the answer is always somewhere else). The cure is not more searching but stopping where the Name already is.
