ਜੀਉ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਹੈ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਆਖਣੁ ਬਿਖਮੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੀ ॥੧੪॥
jee-o pind sabh kichh hai tis kaa aakhan bikham beechaaree. ||14||
Soul, body and everything are His; it is so difficult to speak of, and contemplate Him. ||14||

Your soul, your body, everything you call yours — all of it belongs to the One.
It is so hard to put the One into words, or even to think the One all the way through.
Everything you call yours was first, and still is, a gift.
Jee-o pind sabh kichh hai tis kaa — soul, body, and all belong to the One. And to speak of this is bikham — difficult, steep, almost impossible. Some truths are so total they overflow every sentence; the honest response is wonder rather than a tidy description.
