In plain words

The One gave you every kind of tasty food, and a body that can take it in.

The One gave you the earth and all its things to use.

Keep the feet of that Master in your heart.

A world full of good things was set out for you to enjoy.
The deeper layer

Food on the table and a whole world to use are gifts from the One.

Chhateeh amrit bhojan means the thirty-six sweet foods. It is an old way of saying every flavor there is: sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and all the rest. The One also gave a body that can take that food in and be fed by it.

BasuDhaa means the earth. It was given to us, with all its things to use: wood, stone, fruit, rivers.

When the table is full, it is easy to just eat. Guru Arjan asks us to pause, like saying thank you before a meal. So much good is a gift, and a gift is worth remembering. Tis thaakur kay chit rakh charnaa — keep that Master's feet in your heart, which means staying humble and close.

A Question to Sit With

What is one everyday pleasure you are thankful for?
