Some of it is too big for words. You can still taste it when you sit with the Guru's people. Then your whole self joins in. Your eyes look for the One. Your mouth speaks the Naam. Your ears take in kirtan, day and night. Your heart simply loves. The five loud pulls inside, wanting, anger, greed, clinging and pride, settle down, and a deep, quiet joy opens up. At the centre, the Rahao: a mind at rest in the Naam, and love planted in the heart by the Guru.
