In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

O my mind, remember the Master of the world, the Life of the world, the One who charms the heart. I have fallen in love with that One.

All day and all night, the One is what I lean on.

Fall in love with the One who is the life of the whole world.
The deeper layer

Fall in love with the One who is the life of the whole world, and lean on that One day and night.

A partaal is a lively rhythmic form, and this one opens under the abbreviated invocation (Mangalacharan). The One is named as jagannaath and jagdeesro (master of the world), jagjeevano (life of the world), and manmohan (enchanter of the heart). tayk means support: the One held onto day and night.

A Question to Sit With

What would it mean to lean on something day and night?
